Young Designers Market, South Bank, Brisbane

We had a great time at the Young Designers Markets at South Bank yesterday. Thanks to everyone who came along and supported me with my Mariposa debut. It was a muggy day but it was good to see the heat didn't hold you back in trying on the dresses in our makeshift change room. For the thirsty ones, refreshments weren't far away - we had a great location right behind the Plough Inn.

Summer dress collection, 2008

I will be launching my Mariposa summer designs on Sunday, December 7, 2008 at the Young Designers Market at South Bank, Brisbane.

Feminine, flattering and functional, the Mariposa collection features a range of sizes and a variety of lengths in vibrant floral prints and embossed solid colours. The dresses are designed to flatter the beautiful female form, from the leaner, athletic figure to the more voluptuous hour-glass figure.

For a preview, Doris, my perfect size 10 mannequin, is modelling some of the designs.
